'Mine' is a feature length film shot in Devon in early 2006. The screenplay was based on a theatre production of the same name, both written and directed by Xavier Leret. I was present on set, logging continuity and best takes, for the first week of shooting. I then logged and digitised each tape (filmed on the Panasonic Varicam at 24p) as filiming continued so I could begin editing as soon as possible. Post production began in May 2006. I was the sole editor and worked closely with the director to achieve his vision for the film. I edited a first cut of the movie then together we went through and refined the cut making several major structural decisions.
I finished editing the film in summer 2006 and the film was sent for grading and sound mixing. 'Mine' is currently at the festival stage and is looking for a distributor. It was accepted into LUFF in 2007.
